It's easy to rent your desired motorcycle from Joyrides. Here's how it works:

• Location: Open the app and select the locality where you want to pick up the vehicle. Choose to pick up the vehicle from our station or opt for the delivery option if available.
• Date & Time: Choose the start and end date/time of your booking. Charges are based on the duration you wish to rent the vehicle from Joyrides.
• Select Motorcycle: The next screen will display available bike models for your chosen location and time duration. It will also show the tariff and security deposit required. Note that the deposit is payable upon taking delivery of the motorcycle, while the tariff is paid through the application when booking.
• Confirmation Screen: This screen presents all necessary booking details. Users are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions before proceeding. After agreeing to the terms, you will be directed to the payment page.
• Payment: Choose among Razorpay, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or Cash for payment.
• Booking Confirmation: After successful payment, your booking will be confirmed, showing all relevant information.

Safety Deposit: The security deposit is refundable upon returning the vehicle; however, penalty charges may apply for damages or late returns. Refer to the Pricing policy for more information.

Driving License: A valid driving license is mandatory to rent from Joyrides bike rental. You can upload a copy of your license during booking or upon vehicle delivery.
